Robert Hickman received a CEC ArtsLink Project Grant to travel to Nizhny Novgorod Russia to lecture, conduct workshops, and collaborate on a public art project. The project was co-sponsored by the National Center for Contemporary Art, Nizhny Novgorod. The public art project featured 20 unique hand-painted street signs to spearhead a green space initiative in that city.
